Service Description
Gain access to our professional grooming facility to wash and pamper your pet. We provide everything you need, including standard shampoo and conditioner, towels, and professional grooming equipment. Perfect for pet owners who prefer a hands-on approach to their dog's hygiene, without the mess at home. If your dog uses a specialist or medicated shampoo, please bring this with you as we only provide standard grooming products. Please leave the grooming room as you found it. Your booking includes an additional 15 minutes to allow you time to clean and tidy the space after grooming your dog. Please make sure you use this time to clean up any hair, water or mess before you leave, so the facility is ready for the next person.
Cancellation Policy
Payment must be made online at the time of booking to secure your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment are not permitted and are non-refundable. If you do not attend your appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
