Our lovely Oscar is now avalible for rehoming!

Oscar is a very nervous boy, due to his history and we suspect he had never been outside before coming to us...
It can take Oscar a long time to form bonds with new people, but once he is comfortable his true cheeky and playful personality really shines through. He is starting to learn to play with toys and loves anything soft and squeaky.
Oscar enjoys the company of another dog, however, can be unsure when they approach him too quickly (and he doesn't like playing chase).
He may be able to live with another calm, confident dog, however, this would require several meets until he can form a bond. Another dog often brings Oscar some condifence in novel situations.
Oscars lead walking is a work in progress and he can be very strong when he is excited, so continued training would be needed in the home.
If he spots something new out on a walk, he may needs gentle encouragement to pass it, so confidence building training will be needed once in the home. Oscar is approximatley 5 years old and needs a quiet and patient home.
He may be able to live with another dog, but no cats.
Children must be over the age of 16 due to his worried nature. He is a lovely boy and will make a lovely addition to the right family.
Once Oscar is confident he is very affectionate and his favourite activity is having zoomies in our off-lead pen! Although, Oscar has no spacial awareness and once he trusts you, he will be on top of you at any given moment.
Oscar will need someone who will be at home most of the time as he does have some seperation anxiety. Oscar can not live with cats.
We can not say if Oscar is house trained due to the nature of the kennel environment.
