Say hello to Misty – our lovely, lively American Bulldog is looking for her forever home!

Misty is a friendly girl who loves human company and enjoys getting out and about. She walks well on the lead most of the time, though she can be strong on occasion, so she’ll need an owner confident with handling larger and strong breeds.

Toys are Misty’s absolute favourite – especially footballs! She could spend hours playing. However, she can be a bit possessive over her toys, so this is something that will need ongoing training and management in the home. Misty would benefit from a home where she can continue her training and have plenty of opportunities for exercise and enrichment.

Due to Misty’s strong nature and being possessive with toys, a home where Misty is the only animal and without children is recommended. Misty can be indifferent about seeing dogs on a walk, dependant on the dog she will either ignore or want to play. However, socialisation is important to continue in the home environment, to continue the positive experience she has been having her at the centre.

Due to the nature of the kennels we cannot say if Misty is house trained or not.
