Hi everyone, My name is Buttercup
I am now looking for my forever home, after spending over 11 weeks with my foster mummy, her cats and dog, I am now ready to move into my new home. I was temporarily adopted but unfortunately the cat in the house didn’t like me. I came back to my foster carer where after a short time I slotted back into the household with the 3 cats that live there.
I am not phased by household sounds, the hoover, washer, tv, radio etc. I am however still a little scared of new people and will hide, all I ask is that you be patient with me and give me time to get to know my new family.
I am fine with other animals, cats and cat friendly dogs. I do not shy away from them.
I am adorable, purr like a motorbike and I do love to sleep on my foster mum's bed and have a snuggle, I also snuggle up on the sofa and watch tv. I really am the most adorable girl and you will not be short of cuddles when I fall in love with you which won’t be instant but so worth the wait.
I guess my ideal home would be a single adult home, or a family home who has older sensible children, either home, will have to be super patience and let me come on at my own pace. It’s taken me a long time to get where I am now and will need time in a new environment to adjust and learn to trust you like I do my foster mum.
I was found in a garden with my mum and 4 siblings, we did not have any human socialisation and handling and this is why it has taken so long for us to come around. We were brought to the centre by a very kind lady, my mum and siblings have all found themselves happy ever after and now it is my turn.
I do not have any aggression issues and I am not food obsessed, I do enjoy my toys.
Are you able to give me the time, patiences and understanding that my foster mum has given me, to be my happy ever after, why not complete the application form or give the centre a call on 01254 231118 to have a chat.
If you'd like to adopt
