Work for us
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Fostering Coordinator to help take the Branch forward into the next stage of its development.
This new post will be responsible for the development and implementation of a fostering network for domestic animals.
The role involves the recruitment, support and retention of a team of volunteer foster carers together with the creation/refinement of the appropriate administrative processes and procedures to support the fostering team.
The post holder will also ensure that all fostering activities are carried out in accordance with RSPCA licensing conditions, relevant Health & Safety regulations and associated legal requirements.
The post holder will deputise for the animal care manager in their absence.
It should be noted that this is not a day-to-day animal facing role as the aim is to develop a fostering network to support the rehabilitation and rehoming of animals in Branch care.
