Handsome Hugo is now available for adoption! Hugo is a 3 year old Whippet... Hes a very gentle soul who spents a lot of time in reception and in office spaces here at the centre as he settles so well. He LOVES spending time with people, soaking up a fuss and rubbing his head on you! Hugo does suffer from some separation anxiety so a home where someone is around most of the time would be best.

He loves other dogs and has walked out with some doggy friends here at the centre, he may be able to live with another dog of a similar nature dependent on successful meets. However, at a distance he may become a little vocal towards other dogs that he wants to play with, although, he is becoming better at ignoring them with continued training. This is something that would need carrying on in the home. Hugo can be a little bit jumpy and often jumps up with his very long legs to greet you when you've not seen him for a while.

Overall, Hugo is a lovely friendly boy who loves everyone he meets. He has had a difficult start to life and is now looking for a forever family that will provide him with the happy ever after he so truly deserves.
