The Lancashire East Branch of the RSPCA is looking for a Deputy Shop Manager for our Charity Shop in Clitheroe.
We are looking for a highly motivated person to manage the shop in the absence of the Shop Manager. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years retail experience; possess good management capabilities and leadership skills. The Deputy Shop Managers position involves the ability to manage a volunteer workforce, implement best working practices and demonstrate excellence in merchandising.
The salary will be:
Deputy Shop Manager £6.00 p.h (28hrs over 6 days)
The role will involve a rota system with alternate Saturday working. And possibly Bank Holiday opening (May – Sep).
