There are so many ways that you can help us to help the animals

Help us in other ways

If you don’t wish to volunteer at the moment, and you can’t make a donation in the current economic climate – there are a number of other ways in which you can help the animals.

We always need old towels, bed linen and blankets so please don’t throw them away! Pass them onto us and we will make very good use of them. (Note - we can’t accept quilts or sleeping bags though.)

Please don’t throw out your old dog beds or cat baskets as we can always put them to good use at the animal centre.

We will always accept pet food treats, and toys. It may sound silly but we will also appreciate your shredded paper , old newspapers , hay …in fact anything that you think we can put to good use with our cats, dogs, rabbits and ferrets!

Each year we hold several raffles at the various events that we attend – and we will be delighted to accept anything that you think might be useful as a raffle prize. That could be a bottle of plonk, a box of chocolates or an unwanted gift that’s left over from Christmas!

Don’t forget we have two charity shops that always need stock, so when you are having your next clear out please donate your items to us. For more details please visit our shop pages by clicking here if Burnley is your nearest shop or click here for our Clitheroe shop.
